Police Legacy

Each year policemen and women put their lives on the line to help the community, and sometimes Police Officers pay the ultimate sacrifice. This is where Police Legacy helps. It supports the widows/widowers and families of deceased Police Officers.

Bluey Day

Bluey Day is an annual event where emergency service workers raise money for children's cancer research by raising $1,000 each to have their head shaved. Last year Bluey Day raised $3.5 million nationally.

Police Credit Union is a major supporter of the NSW event providing logistical support on the state organising committee and providing $100 donations to twenty participants.

Police Spokewomen's Network

Police Credit Union is also a major supporter of the NSW Police Spokeswomen's Network Biennial Conference providing both financial and resource support for the conference participants.

In conjunction with the Spokeswomen's network, Police Credit Union supports the annual state conference.

Police Education Awards

Police Credit Union sponsors a number of education awards at the NSW Police Academy at Goulburn including:

Award for Innovation - awarded to the teaching staff at the Academy and Field Education Officers for innovative teaching methods. 
Student Excellence Award - awarded to the top student in each graduating class for exceptional ability in final assessment. 
Associate Diploma in Applied Policing - student award given to the top student.

Sponsorship of Police Events/Teams

Also, a major of part of our sponsorship program is supporting Police in all areas including charity events, Olympians who are also serving officers, Police sports teams, fetes, community education programs and lots more.
