To apply for our Visa Credit Card, please follow the steps below:
Existing Members
1. Download and print a copy of our application form.
2. Once completed fax it to (02) 8267 6860.
New Members
1. Download and print a copy of our Membership application form and our Visa Credit Card application form.
2. Complete the ID Requirements.
3. Once completed fax it to (02) 8267 6860.
Alternatively, you can visit one of our Branches.
