Terms and Conditions.The promoter is the Police Department Employees’ Credit Union limited. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years and who are members of the Police Credit Union or Customs Credit Union and comply with these terms and conditions and correctly fill in an entry form. To enter complete details on the entry form set out on this website at http://www.pcu.com.au/paperless. It is a condition of entry that each member agrees that their contact information may be used for the purposes informing them that they are the winner of a prize or contacting members by email to offer goods or services that may be of interest. Entries commence on Friday 12th November 2010 and close on Friday 17th December 2010. A member can enter the draw by simply filling in there details and submitting them to PCU or CCU. There a 3 single prizes valued at a combined total of $2,281.1st prize is a Macbook Pro worth $1,139, 2nd prize is a iPad worth $783 and 3rd prize is a iPod touch worth $359. The winning entry will be randomly drawn by electronic means from all eligible entries at 9am on Monday 22nd December 2010 at the offices of the Police Credit Union, Level 27, 1 Market Street, Sydney 2000. The winner will be notified in writing, by a telephone call and by a public announcement on in the Sydney Morning Herald. On the 23rd December 2010. If the winner cannot be contacted and fails to claim their prize within 3 months of the date of the draw, a further draw will be held at 9 am on 22nd March 2010 at the offices of the Police Credit Union, Level 27, 1 Market St, Sydney 2000. The winner of any further draw will be notified in the same manner as any winner of the main draw. To the extent permitted by law, PCU will not be liable for any computer processing errors or delays in communications systems, any misdirected or lost entries as a result of participating in the promotion or the delivery, supply or use of goods or services in connection with any prize, any failure to claim a winning prize, any incorrect information provided in any entry to the Promotion.
